The App provides the following features; the actual features may be adjusted with version updates:
The App itself does not provide account registration or login. If you choose to link a Dropbox account on the "Cloud Storage" page, that account is governed by the relationship between you and that service provider. We only access the files within the scope you authorize, according to your actions, through the official authorization mechanism.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the cloud accounts you link (such as passwords and two-factor authentication). We are not responsible for any damage resulting from a lapse in your account security. You can end this link at any time in the App or directly in the account settings of the cloud service.
When using the App, you agree not to:
Data operation risk reminder: The App provides real file deletion, moving, renaming and encryption features, and these operations may be irreversible once performed. We strongly recommend that you back up important files on other devices or cloud services yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss caused by misuse of these features, device failure, or potential defects in the App.
The intellectual property rights in the App's code, interface design, icons and related documents belong to us or other rights holders and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or use them for commercial purposes.
Ownership and intellectual property rights in the content of the files you manage through the App (photos, videos, documents, etc.) belong entirely to you or the original rights holders; we do not and cannot claim any rights to them.
The App displays third-party ads on some screens through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to keep the App free to use. Ad content is provided and managed by the advertising service provider according to its algorithms, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of individual ads. If you upgrade to a VIP subscription, the App will stop displaying these ads as described in Section 6.
The App offers an optional paid subscription ("VIP subscription", with monthly and yearly plans). After subscribing, ads in the App are removed and the corresponding premium content is unlocked. The actual benefits and pricing are as shown to you in the App and on the Google Play Store page. We may adjust the content, benefits or pricing of subscription plans as operations require, and will notify you in advance in a reasonable manner (such as an in-app announcement).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App (including paid items such as the VIP subscription) in the twelve months before the claim arose; if you have never paid anything, that amount is zero.
Exceptions to the above limitations: Any provision in these Terms (including this Section, the "Data operation risk reminder" in Section 3 and the "Disclaimer" in Section 7) that limits or excludes our liability does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, nor to liability that may not be excluded or limited in advance under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). To that extent, we remain liable as required by law.
The App may include features that link to third-party websites or services (such as cloud service authorization pages and app store rating pages). The content and privacy practices of such third-party websites or services are not under our control, and their inclusion does not mean we endorse or are responsible for them. We recommend that you review the relevant terms and policies of the third party before use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the App's features at any time without individual notice. If you violate any part of these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your use of specific features of the App (such as cloud integration or VIP subscription benefits).
The interpretation and application of these Terms, and any disputes relating to these Terms, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. If you continue to use the App after the Terms are revised, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms; if you do not agree with the revised content, you should stop using the App immediately.
